I am a Chartered Legal Executive at Amphlett Lissimore and I work in the Private Client department. I specialise in Wills, Probate, Court of Protection applications, registration of Enduring Power of Attorneys and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
I have worked in this area of law since February 2014 and previously I worked in litigation for over 8 years. I have dealt with the usual applications for deputyship in the Court of Protection, as well dealing with more uncommon applications, for example applying for the removal of an Attorney on registration on an Enduring Power of Attorney because they had abused their powers and stolen money from the Donor.
I also have experience in dealing with the administration of complex and high value estates and liaising between parties involved in an estate when there are issues and disputes between them.
In 2019, I became a Dementia Friend as well as an accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly. I am based in our Bromley office but also provide services at our Crystal Palace, Camberwell, and Mitcham offices, home visits are also available upon request.
