Kavitha Rajah

I specialise in property law, primarily with sales and purchases, as well as re-mortgages and transfers of equity.

After growing up in Australia, I returned to the UK to study Law at the University of Liverpool and graduated in 1996. I then attended Chester, College of Law, and did my articles in Tunbridge Wells where I qualified as a solicitor. Ever since I qualified I have been working in the Bromley area. I started my own law firm, Fortress law in Shortlands 6 years ago and as the work grew, I decided to form a partnership with QualitySolicitors Amphlett Lissimore. This move has enabled me to grow my firm with the right support. I also live locally, and am an active member of the school and local community at large.

Outside work

I am a busy mum and spend my weekends keeping up with my children and family! I am a keen baker and am always baking nice treats!
