I am a solicitor specialising in the niche area of Lease Extensions of residential flats - whether granted on an informal basis or in accordance with statutory entitlement. Whether you are a freeholder or leaseholder, I can assist you with all aspects of extending a lease or any other variation of a lease.

I qualified as a solicitor in 2002 at a Legal 500 law firm where I worked for more than ten years post qualification predominantly specialising in Commercial Property transactions. Since 2010, I became involved in statutory lease extensions in addition to my commercial property work. As I thoroughly enjoy the technical nature and associated pitfalls of statutory lease extensions, I now specialise in this area of law at Amphlett Lissimore.

I pride myself on my communication and professional skills, and will always ensure that as my client, you are kept informed of every development throughout the legal process.
