I am a solicitor at Amphlett Lissimore, and work within our Family law department. I achieved my ambition of qualifying as a Solicitor specialising in family law in 2019 having worked with Amphlett Lissimore since 2015.
I cover all aspects of Family law including divorce, financial and children arrangements. I am a member of Resolution and YRes and alongside my Amphlett Lissimore colleagues work hard to avoid causing my clients more stress in an already stressful situation by resolving matters amicably wherever possible.
I’ve worked for Amphlett Lissimore since the summer of 2015 and have trained across a number of different areas of law including Wills & Probate and conveyancing. This experience complements my work now as a Family lawyer as it helps me to give advice on financial arrangements and the transfer of family property within separation agreements. I liaise closely with my colleague Rebecca Hitchcock in respect of property transactions linked to relationship breakdowns.
I take an enormous amount of pride in using my experience to guide clients through the seemingly daunting process that follows the breakdown of a relationship and helping them make the decisions that will work best for them in their future.
I’ve learnt a great deal over the years from Head of Department Liz Edwards and West Wickham office Family Lawyer Samantha O’Dwyer and have adopted their constructive approach when it comes to my clients. I always try to ascertain what the most important part of the outcome is to them early on and strive to get the client to it, without bogging them down with too much legal talk.
I’m fluent in Italian and am an active member of the British Italian Lawyer Association. I’m based at the West Wickham office, but regularly travel to other offices in order to meet with clients. I also offer a free initial assessment of your legal matter over the phone.
