I specialise in Residential Property with particular emphasis on sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold homes. I am also experienced in re-mortgages and Transfers of Equity, alongside acting for the lenders if an additional solicitor is required.

I joined the conveyancing team at Amphlett Lissimore Bromley in June 2015 after qualifying as a Solicitor in February of that year, and have worked in this area of law throughout this time. I initially worked in Kavitha Rajah’s team, and now work in Laura Maggs’ Bromley office team.

I live in the area and so know the local property market well. I’m experienced in all aspects of conveyancing and can guide you through the process whether that’s over the phone, or in person. As my client, you can always come into the office to meet with me – I find that first time buyers find this particularly useful.

I pride myself on the high level of service I give to my clients, and part of this is ensuring that all relevant parties are kept up to date and that the sale or purchase keeps moving. I know all too well how stressful buying or selling a home can be, and always aim to make the legal side of things go as smoothly and stress-free as possible.
