The phrase “due diligence” is often loosely used however, in my opinion, this phrase was created to uniquely describe Neelam Trikha. This lady is an absolute “rotweiller” for detail and made the process of extending a lease on a property painless and affordable, considering the unexpected extensive work involved. This lady will not leave a stone unturned and proved so locating essential missing paperwork that had been buried in archives for over 30 years. Her attention to detail in reviewing a rather antiquated original lease, prior to the extension application, was breathtaking.
