The Practice is once again looking to the future and has appointed Associate Solicitor for Wills & Probate, Victoria Norman, as its fifth Partner, on 1 May 2017.
Victoria joins our existing Partners, Robert Taylor, Head of Residential Conveyancing, Susan Rands, Head of Family Law, Ian Horner, Head of Employment, Personal Injury and Medical Negligence and Matthew Inman, Head of Commercial Law.
Victoria also succeeds Robert Taylor, as Head of the expanding Wills & Probate Department, leaving him to continue managing our successful Conveyancing department.
Since qualifying as a Solicitor in 2009, Victoria has specialised in Private Client matters. she joined QualitySolicitors Bradbury Roberts & Raby, which is a member of the QualitySolicitors nationwide network, in July 2015, with a view to working alongside Associate Solicitor, Sarah Inman, to grow the department.
The strategy obviously worked because as a result, our Wills & Probate Department has gone from strength to strength and has doubled in size. Supported by experienced administration staff, the team is constantly busy, looking after existing clients and accommodating many new client enquiries, which are due to the firm’s expert reputation in this field.
The team offers regulated and accredited advice on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Administration of Estates, Court of Protection Applications, Trusts and Succession Planning for businesses.
Victoria told us: “I’m delighted and honoured to be appointed a Partner of QualitySolicitors Bradbury Roberts & Raby, at such a relatively early stage in my career. The nature of my work means that I work closely with my clients and I pride myself on being able to offer a professional, but personal service. QualitySolicitors Bradbury Roberts & Raby is a law firm that constantly strives for standards of excellence, so I’m excited to be able to spearhead customer-focused developments and see a great future ahead for the business.”
Robert Taylor added: “Victoria’s appointment is a significant and exciting development for QualitySolicitors Bradbury Roberts & Raby and I’m absolutely thrilled to welcome her to the Partnership. I’m looking forward to seeing the Wills & Probate Department continue to thrive under her leadership and enhance our reputation as the law firm of choice, for a growing number of clients.”
