BBC Radio debate on Defendants anonymity.

Andy Kerrigan of our Criminal Defence Team was invited to comment on anonymity in criminal proceedings during a recent BBC Radio Lincolnshire broadcast on 7 February.

BBC Radio Lincolnshire held a phone in on the topic and invited our Andy Kerrigan, who is based in our Criminal Defence team at Lincoln, to comment on the issue.
