The most common disbursement for this type of work is Counsel’s fees. This is the cost of the barrister for the final hearing which will be somewhere between £1,250 and £1,500 plus VAT.

  • If it is an automatic unfair dismissal claim e.g. if you are dismissed after blowing the whistle on your employer
  • Allegations of discrimination which are linked to the dismissal
