Expansion of Employment Services

We are pleased to announce that QualitySolicitors Davisons have recently hired a specialist employment lawyer, Iain Lovejoy to expand the range of services we can offer our clients.

Previously having worked as a non-practising barrister and experienced in Tribunal litigation and advocacy, Mr Lovejoy is experienced in all aspects of employment law and is experienced in advising and acting in employment law and HR matters for private and public sector organisations of all sizes from large scale organisations to microbusinesses just starting up.

In addition to extensive experience in defending employers from claims by employees and representing them in Tribunals, Mr Lovejoy is adept at resolving issues and disputes that arise quickly and without the need for court action, and assisting businesses to head of problems before they start.

QualitySolicitors Davisons is now able to offer:

A comprehensive review and updating of your employment contracts and HR procedures to ensure compliance with the latest developments in employment law and efficient dealing with issues with employees as they arise;

Training in any aspects required of employment law and HR issues and processes;

On-site assistance at disciplinary and grievance hearings; and

Unlimited access to telephone advice on employment law and HR as and when required on a fixed fee retainer basis.

As well as continuing to offer the full range of specialist employment law services, including court and Employment Tribunal representation, transactional support on TUPE and redundancy issues and expert advice.

If you have any employment law issues or are interested in signing up for advice on a retainer basis, please contact Mr Lovejoy on 0121 289 3796 or e-mail him at I.Lovejoy@QSDavisons.com and he will be happy to assist you and give more details about the services we can offer.
