STEP members are recognised as experts in their field and help families plan for their futures, from drafting a Will to advising on issues concerning international families, protection of the vulnerable, family businesses and philanthropic giving.
Ms Craig—who specialises in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, probate, estate administration, and inheritance tax and care-free planning—is now a Trust and Estate Practitioner and full STEP member. This additional qualification adds to Ms Craig’s wealth of experience and showcases her proven expertise in this specialty area.
In talking about her qualification, Ms Craig said she is proud of her achievements.
“I am very proud to be recognised as a full STEP member to be able to offer my clients the best possible advice,” Ms Craig said.
“I have had a long career in the legal sector and my experience enables me to provide clear and concise advice to a variety of clients across all ages. Flexibility with clients is the key to providing the level of service they need.
“I have experience in dealing with the administration of the most straightforward estates through to larger and more complex estates. In addition, where estate assets include business or agricultural property I can advise executors on making the appropriate claims for relief from inheritance tax.”
Ms Timson said she is happy to be one step closer to becoming a full STEP member.
“I was delighted to have my hard work formally recognised by the Birmingham STEP Committee and to be amongst the top-achieving performers in this specialty area of law,” Ms Timson said, adding “I’m determined to keep learning best-practice to support my clients.”
QualitySolicitors Davisons Head of Private Client Richard Dundee said the STEP qualification gives clients peace of mind they are getting the best legal advice.
“We are extremely proud of both Angela’s and Charlotte’s dedication to their clients in always wanting to provide the best service and achieve the best outcomes for families,” Mr Dundee said, adding “This is a well-deserved recognition of their hard work.
