I work as part of the conveyancing department at our Cotteridge office where my primary role is opening all of the new files. I am the first port of call for all new clients who are returning their instruction paperwork and also provide estate agent updates throughout transactions to help enable effective communication and transparency.
As the first point of contact for new clients, I endeavour to uphold the best client care practice by ensuring that clients are contacted promptly for missing paperwork and when all paperwork is received making sure that receipt of documents is acknowledged and that files are opened in a timely fashion. Although, I only started my career with Davisons in April 2018, I was recently provided with a Newcomer of the Year award in recognition for the work I have undertaken since I started my role.
In my spare time, I enjoy a quiet night in front of the telly with a takeaway.
