I am a Chartered Legal Executive and Advocate at QualitySolicitors Davisons.
I completed my undergraduate LLB law degree at Kings College London and postgraduate LLM at University College London. I further completed the Bar Vocational Course and was called to the Bar of England and Wales at Lincoln’s Inn in 2010. I am also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
I have worked in the legal profession for many years across a variety of areas. Before joining Davisons I was a Litigator and Advocate in a Barristers chambers based in London. Prior to this, I was a Senior Adjudicator at the Financial Ombudsman Service, resolving a range of cases concerning financial compliance, banking and insurance. During my time at the Financial Ombudsman Service, I was also a consultant to the executive and representative of the staff body on many issues ranging from employment law to HR policy and procedure.
I am an avid believer in access to justice for all and have won numerous awards for my vast array of pro bono work across many legal areas. These awards include the ‘City Law School Most Outstanding Contribution To Pro Bono Award’. I am also a qualified lawyer in Pakistan and have continued to promote this ethos there, for those who need it the most.
I am experienced in a range of areas such as Immigration, Family, Civil and Employment law. I offer a tailored and professional service, from initial consultation right through to representation at court. As a client, your interests are of the highest importance to us as a firm. I use clear and honest communication skills to ensure that you as the client know the strengths and weaknesses of your case.
Outside of work I am an avid sports fan both on the pitch and the sofa. I have played at all levels right up to National standard. I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the gym and watching movies.
