There are several parts of this process which would I would have preferred to have come to the office but that was simply not possible but again everything was well managed and explained well. Well what can we say! Mike Goodwin and his team have been amazing with us. Nothing has been too much to ask of Mike and as first time buyers we were really worried about not being able to just pop in to the office to meet in person.
