This company and the Solicitor, Lothib Miah were recommended to me by a friend, who refinanced their house through them. After hearing about the great experience they had, I also decided to use this firm to purchase a property.
The branch I used was in Edgbaston, it has a car park outside the building and parking on the street, which is great considering the fact that it is near the city centre.
The staff at the firm are friendly and the waiting area is full of useful information and also has an electronic charging stand with cables to charge your phone.
The Solicitor, Lothib Miah was very welcoming and easy to talk to. He was really helpful, informative and gave me updates throughout the process. I was able to reach him through the company telephone, email and his personal number. During the process, we were hit with the corona virus pandemic and went into lockdown, everything was delayed but Lothib continued to work from home and constantly reassured me when I was stressed and worried about what the outcome may be. Although Gavin listed above as lawyer, it was Sarah Coldicott who got us over the line in what turned out to be a slightly fraught and protracted process, and it was the actions of Sarah, Louise and Chloe (with help from others in the office there) that gave it the final push required. This was despite various hurdles put in our way by parties and elements outside of our/Davisons' control, mostly down to our seller's estate agents and solicitors and a complex and badly-handled overage agreement on their purchase. Well what can we say! Mike Goodwin and his team have been amazing with us.
