Danielle joined Dunn and Baker in February 2020 as a full-time paralegal within the New Homes department and is based at our Exeter office.
Danielle graduated with a degree in LLB Law from Plymouth University in 2015 and proceeded to obtain her Post Graduate Certificate in Primary School Education in 2016 from Plymouth University. After working as a supply teacher for a year, Danielle began her career in law.
To date, Danielle gained her experience and knowledge in conveyancing by working as the lead conveyancer for the South West region for a large national developer. This has provided Danielle with insight of the conveyancing process from not only the purchaser’s prospective but also the developer’s perspective. Danielle believes that this experience has helped broaden her knowledge of the conveyancing process.
Danielle understands that property transactions can be stressful and treats every matter with a great deal of care and consideration. Therefore, Danielle places great importance on her relationships with clients and aims to be as accessible as possible to answer queries and discuss the conveyancing process.
