Sophie Folland

Sophie joined Dunn & Baker in January 2020 and is a full-time property executive within our residential property department and is based at our Cullompton office.

Sophie is currently studying to become a Chartered Legal Executive in the near future.

Sophie’s legal career began with a well established local law firm in 2013. Sophie career to date has seen her assisting in not only conveyancing but other areas of property law including planning, licensing, commercial property and parks. Sophie believes this experience has helped broaden her knowledge and understanding of property transactions and the conveyancing process. Sophie will be working and training alongside Clare Handley. Sophie will be predominantly be offering residential conveyancing services including sales and purchases of freehold properties and flats, re-mortgages and land transfers.

Sophie firmly believes that a good and honest relationship between conveyancers and their clients is the key to a smooth transaction.
