Craig is a Solicitor and Head of the General Civil Litigation Department. Craig joined Dunn & Baker Solicitors in 2018 after relocating from the South East.
Craig read law at the Nottingham Trent University and thereafter completed his Legal practice Course at Nottingham Law School. He qualified as a solicitor in 2012.
Prior to joining Dunn & Baker Solicitors, Craig was a Partner at a Legal 500 firm based in the South East and is an experienced dispute resolution lawyer. He also has a broad range of general civil litigation expertise.
Craig has a broad range of practice experience having conducted litigation at all levels of the English Judicial system and also has experience of dealing with complex cross border jurisdiction matters. Craig litigates regularly within the High Court. He has obtained freezing injunctions in the Queen’s Bench Division and fought multi-party multi-million pound disputes within the Chancery Division. As a result of this he has carved relationships with leading, eminent counsel.
Craig acts for a variety of clients ranging from large corporate bodies, local government and individuals and can therefore tailor his advice to find a solution for all clients. His focus is on a client-centric approach and in doing so provides enthusiasm and passion to ensure clients receive an efficient service and is praised for his down to earth approach and understands that every client’s case is as unique and individual as they are.
