Patricia Pendleton
I joined QualitySolicitors Edward Hughes in 2004, and I am Police Station Accredited Representative and Crown Court fee earner.
My role involves providing legal advice and advancing the legal rights of clients in the police station.
I also prepare Crown Court cases, liaising with clients, barristers and court administration teams to ensure that all Crown Court cases are prepared efficiently . Often attendance at the Crown Court can be a stressful time for clients.
My role is to ensure that I provide continuity of client care from court committal throughout the preparation of the case. It is often helpful for clients to know that they have a person allocated to their case who will be available to talk to them about their case on a daily basis, as required.
