During my initial communication I discussed my current position, as dealing with a divorce settlement and selling a property, she put me in touch with another member of staff who could provide assistance in dealing with this issue. Exceptional service from HopleysGMA over the last few weeks following the passing of my father. We were kept informed all the time by Dorne, who was brilliant, and all correspondences were promptly answered. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Our only concern was the lack of communication in the latter stages of both our sale and purchase, as we had to ring numerous times to chase progress, rather than being kept informed. A suggestion would be that text messaging would have been a helpful method of keeping us informed and to request information etc. which we understand a number of solicitors now do.
