Happy with the overall service, and Hugo did what he could, when asked, to chase up delays from our vendors side. Both sale & purchase our side were ready to go in good time so happy with that, it's just when there were delays from our vendors side, we felt like we did have to chase on a few occasions, and more proactive communication would have been appreciated. The purchase of our new property and the sale of our previous property all went very well and were both completed successfully and very professionally. Our only concern was the lack of communication in the latter stages of both our sale and purchase, as we had to ring numerous times to chase progress, rather than being kept informed. A suggestion would be that text messaging would have been a helpful method of keeping us informed and to request information etc. which we understand a number of solicitors now do.
