Testimonials

Alun and Amy, I once again would like to convey my sincerest thank you to both of you on behalf of Lyn and myself.

The way that Amy on the 5th and Alun on the 20th acted with compassion, expertise and friendliness put us at ease at a very difficult time. Even though we have only known you for a very short time, both of us already feel that you are very good friends.

No matter what I write it just doesn't seem to do justice [pardon the pun] to how we feel. Again many, many thanks

Your service was efficient and prompt, both from Sophie and Mark. You answered our emails and phone calls quickly and clearly. You were friendly, knowledgeable and clear in all the advice you gave us. There is not a lot more to ask of a Solicitor. We will use you when we come to sell our current house. We would recommend you.

Jessica was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries we had about our house purchase. Fantastic service. We would recommend Jessica to a friend.

I would just like to take the time to put in writing how pleased I was with your services. You took care of all the legal services and documents required when I sold my land recently.

I was grateful that I did not have to make numerous or indeed any chase up calls which I have had to do with other solicitors I have used in the past.

I would have no hesitation in recommending your services to any person or business looking for legal advice/services. Once again, thanks so much for your help.

Mr Guest at Keene & Kelly has been my family solicitor for decades and used by my in-laws for many years before that, consequently, I was somewhat reticent to get legal advise from another, unknown source, however, I needn't have worried, Jessica was wonderfully reassuring me and put me at ease during a difficult time in my life. All my queries were answered clearly in regards to my redundancy package and she liaised with the Company's HR team on by behalf. Wonderful service, thank you so much.

I have been delighted with the support and service that I have received. You were recommended to me by Cyril Jones solicitors and am very thankful for
Mr Michael Cunnahs recommendation. Thank you.

I have employed the services of Kate before and returned because of how approachable she is. I liked the fact she has a good memory for personal details and is understanding. A good solicitor helps with the stress of proceedings and I would definitely recommend Kate both for her professionalism and positive attitude.

I would just like to thank you for all the excellent job you did sorting my landlords tenancy agreement. The service that you provided me with was excellent and very reasonably priced. I have no hesitation in recommending you to my friends, family and clients.

Molly has provided a most professional & supportive service to me during a very difficult time. Her correspondances hae been clear & concise, both to me & the recipient in the matter concerned. I would highly recommend her & the team for any legal requirements.

I would like to confirm my satisfaction in the way my legal affairs have been dealt with over the last few years. Enquiries have been dealt with swiftly and efficiently and with a touch of humour when needed.

Your firm is one of the few in your profession where I feel I can pick up the phone for ‘a chat’ and not get a huge bill at the end. The advice given is always down to earth and practical. When I don’t want to take your advice, but do, you are usually proven right.

I have no hesitation in recommending your services both from a personal and business point of view.

Hopleys GMA helped us get our property purchase through quickly and efficiently.

We want to thank them for how fast our purchase moved to completion.

In particular, we'd like to thank Elisha.

Elisha has helped us through our entire purchasing process and is always quick to respond and help in any way. She's been a joy to communicate with and helped keep the process moving.

A big thank you to Elisha and the team at Hopleys GMA.

Happy with the overall service, and Hugo did what he could, when asked, to chase up delays from our vendors side. Both sale & purchase our side were ready to go in good time so happy with that, it's just when there were delays from our vendors side, we felt like we did have to chase on a few occasions, and more proactive communication would have been appreciated. Both Hugo and Elisha were always responsive to questions and queries, and did so in a very friendly and professional manner. Thank you very much!

Jessica Roberts handled the selling of our house, we were kept up to date with the progress and any questions were answered promptly.

I approached Gareth Lloyd from Quality Solicitors Hopleys GMA because I was buying a home and needed a solicitor.

Gareth helped me by dealing with all the Conveyancing matter swiftly and efficiently. He was always friendly and approachable and kept me well informed of the progress of both my sale and purchase.

I particularly liked the fact that Gareth coped with working on two other properties about which I changed my mind before setting on my current purchase. He made no complaint and took this is his stride!

I have already recommended Quality Solicitors Hopleys GMA to my daughter and her fiancé and they have been very pleased with an efficient and affordable service . I would have no hesitation in recommending Quality Solicitors Hopleys GMA to any one else needing top rate legal assistance at a very reasonable cost

Financial Remedy Matter, despite it been a complex case Kate prepared in very detailed court submission which resulted in a very satisfactory outcome and as was very pleased with Kates enthusiasm for getting the result we did. In addition the barrister Sarah Samson that represented me was extremely knowledgeable and equal as determined to achieve the right outcome

Sophie has been very professional from when I first visited her in April 2024. Sadly since then my father passed away but Sophie has kept me
informed during the difficult process of selling my former family home. I can't thank her enough for everything she has done during the sale process. Thank you Sophie.

I can’t recommend these guys enough Gareth Lloyd & his secretary Rachel Williams went above and beyond to help with our hectic conveyancing, anything that could go wrong did not on any part of these guys, but they both kept me updated and informed throughout which was so satisfying and appreciated. They were also very friendly and professional every time I spoke to them both never once did I have to chase them like others did with their solicitors in the chain on numerous occasions. Thank you both so much

Very supportive and very understanding, Explaining all the paperwork.

Jessica, Anna and Tudor came to site to help with a redundancy situation. My husband and I had used them on two previous occasions and had been very pleased. We arranged for the solicitors to come to our offices over two days and speak to over 50 of our employees. Jessica made all the appointments and it went like clockwork, no problems at all. They arrived when they said they would and were very professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Jessica could not have been more helpful, starring with seeing me on short notice due to miscommunication to making me feel very comfortable and being so helpful.
Thank you so much.

The service we had was first class we know it was just a little matter but to us you put us at ease I would like to thank you so much and will not hesitate to use your service again

Expert advice and representation delivered in a friendly and efficient manner. I felt well supported throughout the recent sale of my house and would definitely recommend and work with Jessica and Hopley's GMA again.

Jessica Roberts was my Conveyancing Solicitor for the purchase of a house in Wrexham. I found the service quick and efficient. Everything was explained carefully and all my queries were answered immediately. The reception staff were polite and helpful and I was made to feel valued and respected.

I have already recommended their service to a friend of a friend but do not know the outcome. I will certainly recommend them again.

I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for the excellent job you have made of my conveyance work over the last 12 months. Each purchase has gone through quickly with the minimum fuss and at a very reasonable cost. I would have no hesitation in recommending your services.

Section 21 eviction. Process was smooth and communication was good. Would use these solicitors again.

Conveyancing - Jessica and Anna have been absolutely brilliant! Any queries I had were responded to almost immediately. Their advice, knowledge and calmness were very much appreciated and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you both so very much.

Jessica was great from the first contact and throughout the process – very patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. She arranged an appointment the following day, which was very accommodating. Highly recommend! Thank you very much again

We've now used Jessica for a house purchase, legal advise on personal guarantees and terms and conditions for our company and been really happy with the whole process and specially how well Jessica communicates with her clients in person, not just with emails like many others.

Kate and her team are extremely patient, explain things so that it is easy to understand (which makes tricky decision making easier). Absolutely lovely, friendly team.

Informal chat on a personal situation which gave me a lot of reassurance to proceed

The purchase of our new property and the sale of our previous property all went very well and were both completed successfully and very professionally. Our only concern was the lack of communication in the latter stages of both our sale and purchase, as we had to ring numerous times to chase progress, rather than being kept informed. A suggestion would be that text messaging would have been a helpful method of keeping us informed and to request information etc. which we understand a number of solicitors now do.

I couldn’t recommend Sophie enough. I have currently just purchased a house and it all went so smoothly thanks to Sophie. The communication was fantastic and she kept us updated at all times. Couldn’t have wished for a more smooth, stress free process. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks again Sophie!

Thank you so much for the work that you did.

May I take this opportunity to thank your practice for the excellent work that you did for me, relating to a long standing matrimonial dispute.

I had received advice from another solicitor some years ago, and their advice was that the matrimonial agreement would not be honored and long litigation would be required to obtain judgement from the Court.

We instructed Quality Solicitors Hopleys GMA to act on our behalf, and the matter was settled promptly and efficiently and very professionally.

We therefore, not only recommend Quality Solicitors Hopleys GMA to all our colleagues, but we would never contemplate using anyone else.

The service and results were fantastic.

From start to finish the communication and guidance given by both the solicitor and his assistant were first class and this made the whole process go smoothly. Thank you both so much.

Incredible personalised service, frequent and rapid communication, made whole process feel smooth and supported.

Good morning Nicola!

I cannot let concluding all the legal and other consequences following the passing of my sister with which you and I have been so closely involved over the past couple of years. without expressing my sincere gratitude to you. It's been a long haul, but I have gained enormous respect for all your advice, guidance and information during this time which has greatly eased the various frustrations en route!!

Your efforts along the way in keeping me up to date, sorting out priorities and generally pushing things along, have been excellent - and invaluable. This has been doubly appreciated given the personal difficulties with which my wife and I have had to contend as a consequence of her major medical problems and hospitalisation. She is now much better and we are now looking forward to a somewhat easier time hereon....!

So please accept our enormous gratitude for all you have done - and I know others in my family have similar views.

With huge thanks and best wishes......

Superb professional service of which I have used previously and will certainly use again in the future

Very committed. Very pleasant, determined to get answers anytime you email. Just an all round kind a professional woman who gets the job done. I wouldnt have my keys now if it wasnt for her consistency in chasing up people constantly that dragged there heels.
I'd highly reccoment Jessica to anybody looking for there first property. She was there by email or call throughout the whole process

Great service. Will recommend.

I cannot praise the service we received highly enough. Despite immense difficulties due to COVID-19, we had a very smooth house move and we are so grateful for all the help and assistance we received.

Absolutely friendly and faultless service with total professionalism whist making me feel a valued client.

me and my wife were overwhelmbed with the service we had from day 1 to the end in our view we had a 5 star service

Dorne guided me through a process that I found complicated and foreboding. She has been a great support, and I would highly recommend her to friends and family. Thanks, Dorne!

A very difficult transaction, handled with professional skill as usual

Kate is extemely professional and efficient. She always made sure my child’s best interests were at the centre of proceedings. Kate also took into account my over all health and wellbeing and ensured all my questions were valid and responded to.

Jessica Roberts has gone above and beyond expectations.
During my initial communication I discussed my current position, as dealing with a divorce settlement and selling a property, she put me in touch with another member of staff who could provide assistance in dealing with this issue. Between them, they managed to resolve an ongoing dispute which had been dragged out for several years previous, in a few weeks.
I have dealt with quite a number of different solicitors over the past few years and none have come close to delivering the level of support and dedication that Jessica and Graham provided. Keep up the good work and thank you for your service and hard work on my behalf

Amazing lawyer listened and understood my case and talked me through everything, thanks to Kate we got our children back home

Jessica has been absolutely fantastic with our house purchase, we couldn't have asked for anyone better. The service has been extremely efficient, we will recommend to everyone. Thank you Jess, you really have helped us secure our dream home.

It's the second time I've used Hopleys GMA as my solicitors for our house move. This time we were looked after by Jessica and Taya.
Both were absolutely amazing. Communication was outstanding and they were all over everything and explained any piece of detail / information every step of the way. I will always recommend them to others and will certainly return to them in the future if needed.
I can't thank them enough for their patience, care and efficiency.
Jessica and Taya you're both fantastic at your jobs!

Molly dealt with our work very professionally.

Very pleased with the service received by Sophie and Mark :)

We were both first time buyers so didn’t really know what we were doing but Jessica was so good at explaining everything and breaking everything down for us to understand, Jessica made the process much easier for us than we anticipated it would be. Jessica was always on the other end of a phone or email to answer any query we had, we were also amazed how efficient and quick Jessica was at moving the process along and and keeping us updated with anything that had progressed. Would highly recommend the company and Jessica to all my friends and people I know. Thank you so much for all your help.

I was a family law client.
I did not obtain what I sought, which was contact with my two daughters, through no fault of my solicitor.
I was treated with the utmost care and kindness by Kate Jones and her team, and I believe she went above and beyond her duty in trying to help and to shield me. Also, Kate and her team ultimately believed in my good character, which meant so much.
