Helen began working as a paralegal in 2004 within a busy Personal Injury department and joined Howlett Clarke in 2010 as a Senior Legal Case Worker, mainly dealing with Public, Employers and Occupier’s Liability. Combining her skills at problem-solving with an ability to strike a rapport with many different types of people, Helen is a natural fit for speaking to our prospective clients and became our New Business Coordinator in 2015.
As the first port of call for our new client enquiries, Helen’s warm and genuine persona immediately shows the caring nature of Howlett Clarke. Her background and experience in the industry means Helen quickly understands and empathises with the client and what they need our help with. Because it is important to Helen to find solutions she is able to quickly navigate new clients to starting the correct course of action for their matter.
When not at work, Helen is passionate about fitness and regularly practices Yoga. With friends and family she is also an avid participant in charity fundraising events and has previously taken part in, amongst others, Race for Life, the ‘Ride of Hope’ a 12-hour bike-a-thon in aid of cancer charities, the 26 Mile ‘Mighty Hike’ in aid of Macmillan and a 10k run in aid of Rise.
