Zoe qualified as a solicitor in 2001, with a leading law firm in the City of London. During her extensive career Zoe has worked across all aspects of employment law, leading her to set up her own practice in Brighton, Mulberry Solicitors in 2007 which is now one of the leading employment law practices in the South East. Zoe is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, the International Society for Labour Law and Social Security, the Industrial Law Society and has been a close consultant solicitor of Howlett Clarke’s for a number of years.

Zoe has a genuine passion for what she does and has been described by clients as “the best kind of lawyer – a sharp legal mind and great interpersonal skills”. Articulate and extremely efficient, Zoe has nurtured a successful career representing a wide spectrum of employment claims including complex and high profile cases involving human rights, large class actions following mass redundancies, high value equal pay claims, sex, race and disability discrimination claims, whistle-blowing claims and high court litigation.

Zoe is a consummate professional. She is reassuringly calm with an approach that is underpinned with prompt communication, decisive action, kindness and authoritative expertise. Her clients are left in no doubt she is championing their cause.

Away from work, Zoe’s greatest enjoyment comes from playing with her daughter at the nearby beach and is also a qualified children’s Yoga teacher and an ILM qualified workplace coach, the skills of which greatly enhance her professional work practices.
