We offer Fixed Fee services in relation to ‘Accelerated Possession’ and ‘Rent Possession’ claims for residential property and would be happy to discuss with you whether your matter falls under these schemes.

S21 - £75 inclusive
- Stage 2 – Court Proceedings
S21 – accelerated possession - £750 +VAT +court fee of £355 (Advocacy fee of £195.00 inclusive)
S8 – rent possession - £950 +VAT +court fee of £355 (Advocacy fee of £195.00 inclusive)
- Stage 3 – Eviction by Bailiff
£225 +VAT + £121 bailiff fee
