As a landlord, your property is your business and if you have an issue with your tenant we will work with you to achieve a fast and cost effective solution. For example, we can help if your tenant has stopped paying rent, has caused damage to the property or if you want to gain possession.

We offer Fixed Fee services in relation to ‘Accelerated Possession’ and ‘Rent Possession’ claims for residential property and would be happy to discuss with you whether your matter falls under these schemes.

  • Stage 1 – Serving Legal Notice
    S8 - £95 inclusive
    S21 - £75 inclusive
  • Stage 2 – Court Proceedings
    S21 – accelerated possession -  £750 +VAT +court fee of £355  (Advocacy fee of £195.00 inclusive)
    S8 – rent possession - £950 +VAT +court fee of £355  (Advocacy fee of £195.00 inclusive)
  • Stage 3 – Eviction by Bailiff
    £225 +VAT + £121 bailiff fee

We can advise you on your landlord’s obligations and assist in claims relating to unlawful eviction and disrepair.
