The conveyancing service Natasha provided was excellent. She took the time and care to answer all of our questions and queries and made sure that we understood what was happening at every stage of the process. Everything was explained to us thoroughly and in terms that we understood. Natasha kept us updated throughout the matter and was easily contactable whenever we needed to talk to her. We were told up front what the costs would be and this meant that there were no nasty surprises during the conveyancing process. What an unusual experience in this day and age to receive such excellent attention from everyone at J A Hughes.
