Donna AndersonPreviously a Partner at a leading Newcastle law firm, Donna specialises in corporate, commercial and employment law and delivers business services to our clients.

With over 11 years’ experience of working with companies, directors and HR teams, Donna is renowned for her holistic commercial approach and ability to get to the root of a matter, earning her reputation as a trusted partner and adviser to our clients.

Donna’s knowledge of corporate structure, governance and compliance in both the private and public sector means she is well placed to advise private companies, directors and public organisations.

Having begun her legal career at Ward Hadaway solicitors, Donna trained in commercial, regulatory, corporate, banking and employment law, before heading out to Sage Group Plc on secondment. From there, she went on to practice employment law and worked in Sintons’ corporate support team, advising on the employment and TUPE aspects of mergers, acquisitions and share sales and drafting warranties and indemnities, directors’ service agreements and settlement agreements.

In 2015, Donna became in-house legal counsel for the North East Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust and she has since advised dentists, GPs, NHS Trusts and care homes on a range of commercial, employment and regulatory matters.
