    The Right to Buy scheme offers a discounted solution for individuals who, currently residing in a Housing Association property, wish to purchase the property. There is criterion in place to adhere to in order to qualify for such a scheme as well as a number of further stipulations in relation to selling the property after purchase. The latter they enforce as to lessen the chances of the scheme being abused - one method of which is by some/all of the total discount being made payable if they are selling within 5 years of a Right to Buy purchase.

    Held annually, Winning New Business is a free conference for Owners, Directors and Sales Managers to attend. This year the conference was hosted in March at the Royal Southampton Yacht Club and our very own Daniel (Amazing) Cottrell was among the speakers.

    If I were in the running for the May 2015 Election, I know I would do things differently to some of the current politicians. Of course this would include a tax reduction specifically on Costa coffee (other barista services available) but, more importantly, I would highlight my own policies. Now, that may sound odd but, the sheer amount of campaigns impersonating competing parties rather than elaborating on their own stance is astonishing.

    In Lock and ors v British Gas Trading Ltd and anor, the Employment Tribunal has held that the Working Time Regulations 1998 should be interpreted to include commission payments when calculating holiday pay. Failure to do so is likely to lead to claims of unlawful deduction of wages.
