£195 + VAT Business Advice Meetings

As a business owner, we know that your working life can have its ups and downs. Making the best decisions where a legal matter is concerned is never easy but, like in all situations, having a fresh view on a matter is always beneficial. Just like when you were choosing the colour of your signage and when you weren’t sure whether to employ that inexperienced (and upsettingly young) graduate, we all know seeking advice helps.

Specifically here at QualitySolicitors Knight Polson, we know seeking advice helps. This is why we have now introduced Business Advice Meetings (BAM). We understand that you may have the occasional business struggle; however we also know that sometimes you just need straightforward law advice with no strings attached. It is for this reason we offer this service – it is a one-off meeting to gain impartial support and comes with no obligation to continue the enquiry thereafter. These meetings, unlike other offers you’ll receive, are conducted with one of our knowledgeable specialist solicitors and are on hand at a set fee.

You will have 90 minutes either face-to-face or by phone (adaptable to letter correspondence if this is preferable) that can be worked around your needs for a fixed price of £195 + VAT. This bespoke session will vary depending on the nature of your enquiry and the outcome you hope to achieve. The list below is inclusive but not exhaustive of the way you as a business owner could use these meetings:

  • To answer your questions or talk through a particular situation facing your business
  • To review documents (reading them with you or in advance as part of your 90 minutes)
  • Aiding you with structuring a specific letter or complete legal forms

We want to ensure your issue is resolved and we at QualitySolicitors Knight Polson would like to be a part of that resolution. To ensure this, we even offer a Free Initial Assessment service (a free telephone call-back) from a specialist business solicitor. Such like the service we are offering, this initial phone call holds no obligation to subsequently book a Business Advice Meeting. This is a chance to talk through the issue(s) so as well as you feeling comfortable, we can gain understanding and guarantee our ability to help. As a result of this call you choose to go ahead by booking a meeting with us, we will be much more prepared for your arrival and ensure none of your time is wasted.

So if you have a business law issue (or even if you need help choosing that signage colour!), book your £195 + VAT Business Advice Meeting today.

Call us free on 023 8064 4822 or 0203 284 0025 if you are calling from a mobile.

The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) has warned that insurers should be directed by GPs to request a GP Report under the Access to Medical Reports Act 1988 rather than to utilise the insured’s subject access rights under the Data Protection Act 1998. Medical professionals providing full patient records following a request from an insurance company could be in breach of data protection laws.
