An Employment Tribunal is a Court but it’s more informal than, say, a County Court. Sometimes a Judge will hear your case on their own; sometimes the Judge will have two lay wing members with relevant experience.
We have extensive experience of representing individuals in the Employment Tribunal. If you think that you would like to bring a claim in the Employment Tribunal we can examine your case, advise you on the merits of your case and the level of compensation you could achieve if you win.
We can draft your claim and issue it, prepare your case by preparing bundles and witness statements and arrange for representation at hearings. We do the hard work so you don’t have to! Alternatively, we can discuss how you wish to manage your claim and can be as involved as you would like us to be. We work for you, not the other way round.
We appreciate that litigation can be expensive, that’s why we have a number of funding options available including fixed fee arrangements, conditional fee agreements (“no win no fee”) or working with your insurers under a legal expenses policy. We will discuss these options with you at the outset so we can decide on the best option for you.
