I qualified as a Solicitor in 2001 and started my legal career with a legal expenses insurer and then moved into private practice. I joined Lawrence Hamblin in 2004 and became a Partner in 2008.
I have a breadth of experience in Civil Litigation and my main areas of work are Boundary and Land Disputes, Commercial/Contractual Disputes and Professional Negligence matters.
I also oversee cases and act for clients in Employment Law Disputes and settlements (acting on behalf of both employers and employees) as well as acting for claimants in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims.
I am a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association (PNLA).
My focus is to provide effective and pragmatic advice and solutions to my clients. I aim to deliver the best outcome and will always try to do so in an efficient and approachable manner so that the experience of having to take legal advice is as worry free as possible for my clients.
I am married with 3 young sons and a miniature dachshund – they keep me fairly busy! I am a big fan of Formula 1 racing and enjoy going to the cinema, theatre and nice restaurants in any remaining spare time.
