The whole team were fantastic, as I spoke to Brydie a lot as well. I found everyone to be incredibly helpful and genuinely felt very informed throughout. The regular emails with the useful docs were brilliant, the mailed forms were always received in good time and clear on what I had to do. My fiancé has been selling his house at the same time and his solicitors were not a patch on you guys-they are slow, always lacking details and information, as well as regularly getting things confused, it really compounded how important it is to have a reliable team working for you. And that’s what you have been through out for me- I could not rate you high enough.

With conveyancing services you only realise the importance of having a good lawyer when it became more complicated than originally expected; which seems to be most times! Quality Solicitors Lockings Hull were recommended by Estate Agents in East London, in February 2016, to carry out the conveyancing for us in the purchase of a leasehold flat. After a shaky start with poor communication from Lockings, Stephen Dettman, Senior Technical Solicitor, took over our file.

Since then Stephen has been fantastic, sorting out the legal side of our purchase including ensuring that the three leases titles involved , some of which were incorrect and out of date at times of previous sales of the flat, are all now correct. He has also overseen the legal negotiations of a new lease extension for us. At all times he has been exceptionally professional and has worked very hard on our behalf for over a year, dealing with other solicitors and agencies with great efficiency. He has been very proactive and always had deadlines firmly under control, dealing with things well in advance. The whole process has seemed very complicated to us, but Stephen has always made himself available and taken the time to explain, with great patience (often more than once), everything to us in detail by phone and email.

We are extremely grateful to him, and are sure we would not have had such a successful outcome without his professional help and support.
