In my case, as we were processing the purchase of the property the vendor suddenly gave us a very tight deadline and said he would withdraw if we could not complete the contract exchange by this time. This resulted in me panicking so I explained the situation to my solicitor, Sajjid Elahi, who assured me that he would do everything in order to meet the deadline.
