Having not moved house for 31 years, I was understandably nervous and unsure what to expect. I found Rosie to be supportive, helpful and knowledgeable. She was clear in both her written and verbal communication. If I did need something clarifying, I never felt uncomfortable in raising it with her. There were a couple of difficult times throughout the process and Rosie displayed appropriate empathy. I was surprised by how long the whole process took. At one point I didn’t realise you were waiting for information from me. I like working with Moore & Tibbits because of the quality of documentation I received (e.g Searches document was bound into a file) and the ease of contact. Overall the service was very good. I would make one small point: undoubtedly there are many tasks to be completed in the process of conveyancing and often, inevitably, a customer wants things to move faster than they can do. But there are some things that seemed to be slower than is typical in other industries/businesses, e.g. use of regular mail service to transfer documents that could be emailed and then an original signed by the customer followed up as the "official" copy.
