I obtained my LLB Law degree with honours from the Nottingham Trent University in 2001, and then obtained my Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law, Guildford in 2002. I became admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2006.

I have practiced in various areas of litigation over the years, and I have over 10 years post qualification experience in the practice of law.

I presently work as a Litigator in the Dispute Resolution Department, and I am very active within the Specialist Dispute Teams within the firm.

I can assist with various litigation matters, ranging from high to low value contract disputes, builders / construction disputes, property / lease disputes, landlord & tenant disputes, sale of goods disputes, provision of services disputes, debt / invoice / payment disputes, probate / inheritance & wills disputes, personal Injury claims, professional negligence, hospital / GP / dentist / optician negligence claims & defences.

I can also assist with breach of contract claims, agency disputes, shareholders, and insolvency / bankruptcy disputes.

I would say that I have a genuine enthusiasm for all types of litigation matters, and I do always strive to provide clients with good answers and practical solutions to their litigation needs.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing badminton, and watching movies.
