On Wednesday 17th August 2016 it was reported that the Solicitors Regulatory Authority ( SRA ) has intervened in the Manchester based industrial disease firm Isaac Abrahams Solicitors. The firm’s website contains the following statement;
“As of Wednesday 17th August 2016 the practice of Ms Safina Shah has been intervened by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and any industrial disease clients will need to contact Gordon’s LLP on 01274 703903, email@example.com"
The Oldham office is not affected by the decision of the SRA and it is business as usual for any clients of Mr Taher Shad.
Isaac Abrahams had been acting on behalf of a number of client’s based in the County Durham area and those clients have now been advised to seek alternative representation.
