Orion Legal Limited have the pleasure of announcing that the Solicitors Regulatory Authority have authorised a change in structure and entity of our firm to a Limited Liability Company.
As can be seen in the legal industry, Orion Solicitors LLP has converted from a Limited Liability Partnership to a Limited Liability Company.
As from 15th February 2018, our firm will be known as Orion Legal Limited also trading as QualitySolicitors Orion, a limited liability company registered in England and Wales with registration number 11154431. Authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority with SRA No. 645854.
A list of Shareholders and Directors is open for inspection at our registered office, Ashley House, 86 -94 High Street Hounslow TW3 1NH England United Kingdom. The term ‘partner’ is used to refer to a Director or Shareholder of the company, or an employee or consultant of equivalent standing and qualifications.
