Marketing Manager & First Contact Manager

Marketing Manager: I work across all 5 Barwells offices, with responsibility for developing and delivering the firm’s marketing strategies and plans to support the firm’s overall business objectives. I have over 15 years of professional services marketing experience with expertise spanning strategy and planning, brand management, digital and social marketing, sponsorship and events.

First Contact Manager: As First Contact Manager, I manage and develop Barwells’ First Contact Team, which processes new client information, including conflict checks, ensuring that our clients have a positive and professional experience. I am responsible for data standards for the team, ensuring that client data is captured and held accurately from their first interaction with the firm. I'm also responsible for development and training across the team. 

Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, most sports, music and going to the cinema.
