Sarah Hawes

I joined Barwells in 2015 having previously worked at Fox & Sons estate agents as a senior administrator. I am the firms Practice Manager, providing a wide range of business and administrative support to all of our 5 offices.

I became an Associate in 2022.

Primarily based in Eastbourne, I report directly to our Practice Director and typically deal with people management, recruitment, facilities and seamless day to day running of the practice.

I am assisted by Leanne Pearce and Natasha Crosby and together we are the operational backbone to the law firm.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my young family, eating out and listening to podcasts.
