Private Client Practitioner –

Barwells are seeking two full time private client legal professionals to work in our successful and established teams at our SEAFORD and EASTBOURNE office. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, utilising support staff and resources available to maximise efficiency and profitability. Source new business and build valuable business relationships within the local area.

 

Conveyancing Legal Assistant –

An exciting opportunity exists for a full time Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join our NEWHAVEN team providing direct support to the Principal, enabling optimum efficiency using your high-level initiative and self-management skills. Ensuring the smooth running of the department, you will be responsible for preparing correspondence and documents, audio typing, filing, photocopying and mail.

 

Telephonist –

Our SEAFORD office has an opening for a full time Telephonist to join our busy reception department. The primary function of the role is to provide excellent customer service to clients as they contact the office by telephone. The telephonist is very often the first contact with the business and should act as an ambassador for the Firm. Other duties include taking messages, organisation of meetings rooms, scanning post, and recording Wills and Deeds to be stored in our strong room.
