Our fixed fees are as follows :-

Standard single Will - £110 plus VAT
Standard single Will (reduced rate for pensionable age) - £95 plus VAT
Standard mirror Wills £210 plus VAT
Standard mirror Wills (reduction for pensionable age) - £170 plus VAT

Complex Wills including severance of joint tenancies and registrations :-

Single Will - £150 plus VAT
Single Wills (reduction rate for pensionable age) - £130 plus VAT
Double Wills - £285 plus VAT
Double Wills (reduction rate for pensionable age) - £240 plus VAT

Complex Wills including incorporating Discretionary Trust and Trusts for the benefit of the disabled :-

Single Will - £200 plus VAT
Single Will (reduction rate for pensionable age) £185 plus VAT
Double Will - £385 plus VAT
Double Will (reduction rate for pensionable age) £350 plus VAT

Codicils to existing Wills £75 plus VAT each

Lasting Powers of Attorney including provision of Certificate and registration £350 - £500 plus VAT

General Powers of Attorney - £150 plus VAT
Probate Work – hourly rate plus 1% of net residuary estate and 0.5% being net value of residence
Court of Protection – standard non contentious Deputyship in accordance with the fixed costs in the Court of Protection :-

Complex or contentious Deputyship based on hourly rate

Quotations for fixed fees in relation to other work such as Deeds of Renunciation, Deeds of Variation, Advance Directives and Trust work agreeable upon request.
