It is always a concern when you use a company for the first time but we did not need to worry. The service from start to finish has been excellent.

Very pleased with the conveyancing service. Communication was excellent and I always felt that matters were proceeding smoothly even with the odd hiccough from the ‘other’ side. Discussion were always straight forward and there was a pragmatic approach to the transaction.

Overall the service was very good. I would make one small point: undoubtedly there are many tasks to be completed in the process of conveyancing and often, inevitably, a customer wants things to move faster than they can do. But there are some things that seemed to be slower than is typical in other industries/businesses, e.g. use of regular mail service to transfer documents that could be emailed and then an original signed by the customer followed up as the "official" copy. This might be something to think about. Regards.
