I was surprised by how long the whole process took. At one point I didn’t realise you were waiting for information from me. My request was completed in accordance with my wishes, for around the cost I was expecting. I think 3 different lawyers worked on my case, and this didn’t appear to add any delays to the process. Navreet has been very efficient and helpful under some very difficult circumstances down the chain. We are in rented accommodation now, but are looking for a house to buy so I will be very pleased if Navreet could act on our behalf for our future purchase. There is only one thing I would ask for: once a client has instructed Moore and Tibbits to do conveyancing I think your service could be improved if the nominated solicitor were to phone the new client to introdudce themselves and talk through the sale/purchase process. Overall the service was very good. I would make one small point: undoubtedly there are many tasks to be completed in the process of conveyancing and often, inevitably, a customer wants things to move faster than they can do. But there are some things that seemed to be slower than is typical in other industries/businesses, e.g. use of regular mail service to transfer documents that could be emailed and then an original signed by the customer followed up as the "official" copy.
