Re sale of my mothers house, following her death, to the tenant of the property. Rachel acted on the instructions of my brother and I efficiently to a very satisfactory conclusion despite the buyers late efforts to add complications to the agreement.

Overall the service was very good. I would make one small point: undoubtedly there are many tasks to be completed in the process of conveyancing and often, inevitably, a customer wants things to move faster than they can do. But there are some things that seemed to be slower than is typical in other industries/businesses, e.g. use of regular mail service to transfer documents that could be emailed and then an original signed by the customer followed up as the "official" copy. This might be something to think about. Regards.

She then acted on my behalf, liaising with my employer to make a number of significant changes to the contract. I was kept well informed of progress at all times.
