Pershore Road is one of the major routes into Birmingham City Centre and runs through the centre of Cotteridge, enabling quick road links to places further afield. It is close to the Kings Norton Railway Station which is on the cross city line, a major commuter route into Birmingham City Centre.
Historically, the village centre is believed to be of Victorian origin and was influenced by farming and other industries including paper making, metal works and chemical works. Over the years, some exciting and independent businesses have emerged as a result of the area becoming popular among buyers wanting to be located near areas such as Moseley and Harbourne.
Cotteridge is surrounded by Selly Oak, Bournville, Kings Norton and Kings Heath which makes our office easily accessible, enabling immediate assistance to clients not only locally but in its surrounding areas too.
We offer a range of family and matrimonial services and our Head of Matrimonial Department, Nesheela Nazir, is primarily based in our Cotteridge office. Nesheela has extensive experience in matters involving divorce, separation, pre-nuptial agreements, living together agreements, cohabitee disputes, financial separation, domestic violence injunctions and private law children disputes.
We also offer housing and property services and advice on wills and probate matters.
