I am a Conveyancer based in our office in Stratford-Upon Avon.
I qualified with the Council of Licensed Conveyancers in October 2019.
I have always been interested in property, having been brought up immersed in it due to my father being a property developer, so naturally I was destined to have a career as a Conveyancer!
I am experienced in handling a wide range of residential conveyancing transactions including Leasehold and Freehold Sale and Purchase, Buy-to Let Transactions, Remortgage, Transfer of Equity and Shared Ownership. My particular interest is older properties which contain a little history, putting together the pieces of time through old deeds- sometimes over 100 years old!
I appreciate that buying or selling your home can be a stressful time, and it is my aim to make your transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible. As with all of my clients, I shall get to know you personally and build rapport so that you feel completely at ease throughout, knowing you transaction is in safe hands. I have excellent attention to detail and communication skills so you will be given 5 Star service throughout and will always be kept up to date with the progress of your transaction.
I am also experienced in dealing with first time buyers and understand that further explanation above all the legal jargon is essential to help guide you through the legal process, making it a pleasurable experience of this exciting milestone in your life.
My hobbies and interests outside of the office include supporting local Claverdon Rugby Club, Skiing, learning to surf on trips to Cornwall and drinking good wine with friends and family.
