Compliance & Facilities Manager

I joined Davisons in October 2017 as Compliance & Facilities Manager, my role is to ensure adherence to current legal standards and the review of all in-house policies, as well as advising the board of Directors on any current changes to regulations and providing guidance on a number of compliance matters, such as data protection, risk management and demonstrating best practice in the work place. As well as this I also oversee the day to day facilities management, liaising with all contractors and suppliers and ensuring the firm meets current HSE standards. As part of the firms Management Team, other aspects of my role includes recruitment, staff management and training.
