I have worked in the property industry for 15 years and have expanded my role as Business Development Manager over the last 8 years. I am responsible for initial contact with new clients and building new business links.
I oversee the day-to-day relationships between clients, estate agents and financial advisors to maintain a healthy working relationship between all involved with a transaction.
I have both the conveyancing qualifications and in-depth estate agency training so I can confidently assist and troubleshoot any issues that might arise with sales and purchases.
I am proactive and look to develop and create new business opportunities by recognising clients’ needs and I also like to keep a ‘hands on’ approach by working alongside solicitors during the house moving process.
