Lisa Shocker

I am a Legal Executive in our Litigation department in the Sutton Coldfield office and I look after clients needing help with civil and commercial litigation issues. I also undertake non-contentious work such as drafting contracts and Leases.

I obtained my law degree from University of Keele and have previously worked at firms in Birmingham, Leicester and Hereford and have vast experience of all aspects of civil and commercial law.

I can help in negotiating settlements and disputes regarding various areas such as contractual disputes, clinical negligence claims, boundary disputes, neighbour disputes and defamation.

I also provide advice to clients in relation to the above matters and matters such as contested probate matters.

I offer an initial consultation, the purpose of which is for me to understand your claim, provide you with the options available and the associated costs for taking legal action. There is no pressure to retain my services or my firms service after the initial consultation. As a firm your interests are of the highest importance to us and we will always provide you with a professional and tailored service.

Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, doing yoga, participating in MMA, travelling and socialising with friends and family.
