The Motor Insurers' Bureau (MIB) Legal Expenses Scheme is designed to help with funding legal costs when claiming against an uninsured motorist. If you are the victim of an uninsured motorist, and if you do not already have legal expenses cover of your own, then you should qualify for this free Legal Expenses Scheme which is aimed to ensure that you won’t be out of pocket if you take legal action.

What Not To Do
