Motoring offences

Driving offences can hold punishments of varying severity, from a speeding fine, through to a driving disqualification, and even a prison sentence.

QualitySolicitors Lawrence Hamblin helps defend those in Reading, Henley and Gerrards Cross charged with all types of motoring offences. The most common include drink driving, speeding and the use of a mobile phone.

Losing your licence can have a severe impact on your business and personal life, particularly if driving is crucial to your commute or job. Our experienced lawyers will guide you through each stage of your defence and ensure you understand the allegation and evidence made against you. We’ll work hard to ensure the best technical defence is put together and, if the case goes to court, will give an expert representation to secure the best possible outcome.

For help and support with your motoring offence, call 0808 2749 822, or our 24 hour emergency number on 07508 081281.
